MY XIMMY EXPERIENCE

I've received a reply from Ximmy today. The following is the exact copy of Sean Wilson's reply to my letter of request to redeem my Ximmy rewards.

Now, I don't really know how to react to this, because to my mind, I can't understand the rationale for this reply.

Why do they need my ximmy username and password?

So, before I send them my username and password, I'll first would like to ask your opinion on this reply of Sean.
